These Terms apply to your access to and use of the VallioPay platform, including the dashboard, APIs, documentation, websites, and any related services provided by VallioPay (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You agree that all information you provide to VallioPay is accurate and kept up-to-date.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VallioPay for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Processing payments for illegal goods or services.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the security of the Services.
• Reverse engineering or misusing the APIs beyond documented use.

4. Fees and billing

VallioPay may charge subscription fees or other charges as described on the pricing page or in your commercial agreement. Any fees charged by your acquiring bank or payment gateway remain separate and are outside of VallioPay’s control.

5. Data, security, and privacy

VallioPay is designed to minimise direct handling of cardholder data and to rely on the underlying payment gateway for sensitive payment processing. Our handling of personal data is described in further detail in the VallioPay Privacy Policy.

6. Suspension and termination

VallioPay may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe that you are in breach of these Terms, or if required by law, your bank, or a payment scheme.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VallioPay disclaims all warranties and limits its liability in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction’s laws.

8. Changes to these Terms

VallioPay may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and may notify you through the dashboard or by email.
