Which payment methods does VallioPay support?

VallioPay connects to local card payment gateways that process major card brands. Once your bank has enabled online gateway access for your business, you can plug your credentials into VallioPay and start accepting card payments online.

Is VallioPay suitable for small businesses?

Yes. Many merchants start with simple payment links and invoices without any custom development. As online sales grow, they can add API integrations, webhooks, and more advanced reporting when they are ready.

Do I need a developer to use VallioPay?

Not necessarily. You can run entirely on payment links and invoices from the VallioPay dashboard. A developer is only required if you want deeper integrations with websites, mobile apps, booking engines, or internal systems.

How does pricing work?

You pay a monthly subscription fee in SCR based on your chosen plan. There are no setup fees and no long-term lock-in. Your bank may also apply their own standard gateway and card processing charges separately from VallioPay.

Can VallioPay help with reconciliation?

Yes. VallioPay provides transaction exports, filters, and references designed to line up with your bank settlement reports. This helps your finance team match transactions to payouts and close the books faster.

What is the difference between sandbox and live mode?

Sandbox mode lets you test VallioPay using test credentials and sample payment data without moving real money. Live mode uses your live gateway credentials and processes actual payments from your customers.

How long does it take to go live?

Once your bank has enabled gateway access and you have your credentials, a typical VallioPay setup can be completed in a few days. Many businesses start with payment links before rolling out deeper integrations.

How secure is VallioPay?

VallioPay is designed around PCI-conscious principles. Sensitive card data is handled by the underlying gateway, while VallioPay focuses on orchestration, references, and reporting. We also support 3-D Secure flows where applicable.

Can I give different staff members different access levels?

Yes. You can invite team members to VallioPay and assign roles so that finance, operations, support, and technical users all have the right level of access to payments data and actions.

Does VallioPay support refunds?

VallioPay records and tracks refunds, and where supported by your gateway setup, can trigger refund requests through the platform. Refund events are visible in the dashboard and are also sent via webhooks to your systems.

Can VallioPay be integrated into our existing systems?

Yes. VallioPay offers a REST/JSON API and webhooks so you can integrate payments with websites, mobile apps, ERPs, CRMs, booking engines, or internal tools. You can start small and extend the integration over time.

What kind of support is available?

All plans come with standard email support. Higher tiers can include faster response times and more personalised onboarding support, depending on your needs and transaction volume.
